Last fall on very short notice I called Rob and the crew to do a repair on my main revenue trailer. I dropped the trailer off after work that afternoon and picked it up first thing the next morning. The work was exceptional and I believe he put three guys on it to make sure this would happen. The work was done well and quickly and his quote was bang on what more can you ask. As a single income home owner, I'm always trying to upgrade my home and stay within a reasonable budget. The team at Carpet Superstore have time to listen to my needs and show me items within my price range. Shaun Chartrand is a hands on owner who trains his staff well, both in product knowledgeand customer service. I am delighted with my Laminate flooring and was thankful for a very gracious return policy of the over purchased product. I would definetly shop here again and pass on the name.

Jasmine was the one who finally found the problem and I couldn’t be more pleased. We couldn’t figure out where the smell was coming from, and had others out that had thought they had found the reason, but it still wasn’t quite right. Jasmine and her trainee were here about five minutes and found the culprit right away. It was a crack in one of the fittings. They replaced it and now there is no smell, and I am finally safe. What a real treasure you have there.

Just got our Aunt, with dementia, into Sunpointe. Very clean and staff are very compassionate and caring! We are in Alberta so unable to be close to her all the time but have peace of mind knowing she is safe and well cared for.
