My 2013 CRV had its engine actuator replaced which became faulty later. Frank (proprietor) replaced it with no cost to me. He could have easily charged me. He is very honest, knowledgeable and family oriented. I can recommend him to anybody looking for a good and honest repair facility in Ottawa.

I am deathly afraid of the dentist. I don't like going and when I do, my anxiety goes through the roof. I need to be frozen, sedated, whatever it takes for me not to feel a thing. Well today was an experience that I wont forget. Dr Hicks & Dee are absolutely terrific. I was treated like gold, very patient, kind and I didn't even need freezing. I had a well pump failure at 1.30pm yesterday. Thanks to C&N a new pump was installed and water was back flowing before 5pm! Great job! This was the fourth time that I have used C&N over the last 20 years, and I have always been very impressed with their response time, work quality, and professionalism. I wouldn't go anywhere else to be honest; I can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks everybody!

The guys working here are very honest. It's a refreshing change from what I'm used to - previously needing to do my research so I don't get taken advantage of at other repair shops. I have had such positive experiences with my vehicles - & was reasonably charged - that I've recommended their shop to neighbours and friends. Not surprisingly, many go there with their vehicles as well, & had the same things to say about them. I value honesty in a repair shop & am worry-free when I drop off vehicles

I would like give huge thanks to Beth Conrod at the Bridgewater Hearing Institute. She went above and beyond her regular duties. After my appointment, where Beth was very professional and kind, she proceeded to take my situation even further by contacting the ENT in Halifax (not part of her job.) had me an appointment in Halifax the next business day and because of her actions, part of my hearing was restored.
