I've never taken him anything he couldn't fix and he keeps his prices down. Last time I took my laptop to him and it turned out the problem was me. He explained very thoroughly and taught me the correct method. Then he didn't even charge me for his time. And I had not felt rushed at all. It was such a pain to make an account on here to write a review, but totally worth it for the amazing service we received. Nick from Bell really saved our hides today! He showed up quickly, was super nice (even though it was after hours!) and fixed our problem! We had little hope that a locksmith could help, but he got the job done. I lost the key for my removable hard drive case, then locked it... Duh!! I wasn't sure any locksmith would want to bother with such a little job but Pro Tech said they could come the next day. I was surprised, I guess I was expecting to have to take it somewhere! He arrived promptly, took his shoes off in the house which impressed me muchly, and not only got it unlocked but made me a new key, all for a very reasonable price!! I will definitely recommend this company to my friends.
