Exceptional staff! I have nothing but great things to say about the staff at West Grande Prairie Dental. The front end staff are extremely helpful and good with explaining procedures/ helping book appointments in a pinch (especially Ataya). The dentists/hygienists/assistants are professional and friendly! Highly recommend!

Caribou Cresting has always been an excellant place to find whatever I need for the last 15 yrs. The staff is always more than HAPPY to help if they don't have it they will do their best to get it! Rob Lavalley is excellent. Extremely good at assessing and diagnosing. Spends the time and truly cares about you. I am a nurse myself and spent 4 months recovering from a leg fracture/surgery. There were so many days when I thought I was doing poorly/was discouraged and was given motivation and encouragement to continue. Have seen for elbow, back, knee, and lower leg/ankle. Complete recovery (exceeded expectations) and can't say enough!
