Jeff the owner of Comfort Tech did us a solid. After the initial repair he personally involved himself in a subsequent failure in our heat pump. It was removed from premises and promptly returned repaired and functional in two days. The second failure was independent of the first, however the fees amounting to several hours worth were entirely waived. Much to our relief and appreciation, Comfort Tech demonstrated the class act they are.

We have had our ducts cleaned recently, and it was a great experience. The gentleman who came to our home was professional and brought a positive energy into the house. He was compassionate and respectful of our household, which we truly appreciated.
He did an excellent job and took the time to explain everything clearly. He also offered a natural sanitizing option, which was really important to us because we are sensitive to chemicals.

I had my A/C replaced yesterday and Mike did a fantastic job! He was on time and worked hard with no breaks until the job was finished. He is friendly, professional and I highly recommend this company!

My A/C stopped working during a heatwave and Ezra made time in his schedule to come by and fix the unit. I have used First Klass a couple more times for odd jobs and everyone I've dealt with was amazing. When looking at air filters, they took time to explain differences in each option and didn't try to upsell me. I wish all trades were as easy to deal with as First Klass. Highly recommend!!!
