Great guys to work with, had no problems and the price was on target. They went the extra mile literally in this case and did very neat and tidy work on a tricky conversion. If you are considering having a furnace installed give these guys some serious consideration.

Edgar Simmons Heating has serviced my furnace annually for 10 years. The service techs who have worked in my home are courteous and knowledgeable and I ve enjoyed my interactions with them. Recently I updated my furnace and air conditioner and Harvey worked through the options with me to choose the right units that met my needs and expectations, rather than overpaying for an overpowered unit that my home didnt require. We had Fire or Ice install a fire place a few years ago, and were very pleased with everything. We just had Fire or ice install a Napolean ductless A/C, and again were very pleased with the product, workmanship. Thank-you making us happy.

Heat pump stopped working in Dec 2017. Went to two major companies in Trenton ontario.both charged me $100.00 and did nothing. They were more interested in selling me a new unit. I went to Brant and asked him for help. He came to my home and got the heat pump working well, He told me it was a good unit and suggested I go back in spring and he would give it a good check up. Brant is my place from now on.

I can't say enough about the excellent response and work I had done by Chapman Plumbing and Heating. I submitted a quote for the purchase, delivery and installation of 3 toilets to replace ones that were over 30 years. All interactions with the office were excellent with phenomenal response times. Once we provided the go ahead, the work was scheduled in a timely manner and was done quickly and efficiently. All the work areas were spotless on the completion of the work.

We had a major issue with the lack of heat in our home. I called Hoover's and was very happy with their service. The technician was friendly, on time and quick. Hoover's provided me with a quote that they stuck too. My house is now warm and I will call them again in thee future
