I was so grateful to have found this garage. I went there thinking I needed work on one thing...only to find out it was something different. They walked me through the problem with a flashlight and explained exactly what was damaged and promptly got me the price and did the work the same day as it was a dangerous thing to keep driving while broken. I am a security guard working for Paladin security..we had a contract for B.C. Hydro for security 52 klm south of merrit..I had a severe blow out of my Tyre in a isolated location in the deep woods..I had a tow to Merrit 5 hrs later, went to Kal tire where they were indifferent and very snoty and rude..I went across the road to Fountain Tire and they were so friendly, professional and immediately looked after me and my vehicle..I'm so thankful and so happy with all the staff at Fountain tire !!

I was blown away to the point of tears today :) I am so extremely happy with the service I received from Keith and all his coworkers at the leckie location in Kelowna BC! I was expecting to have to pay over 800.00 for a new set of tires due to one discontinued blown one :( but upon arriving to the shop for pick up.... Keith informed me of the most beautiful surprise of being able to fix it all at NO COST!!!!! What an amazing, wonderful experience! I'm feeling very blessed :) thank you!!!!!

Having recently had an awful experience at another local transmission shop, I was referred to Man-Mac by several customers of mine. Sandy and the staff were extremely courteous and knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was needed and gave good advice. I sent a slightly panicked email inquiry and Sandy called me twice and booked me in on short notice - They even provided me transportation! I was absolutely delighted with the care, quality and timeliness of their work.. real attributes! They did an outstanding honest job and got it right the first time! Now my car is running better than ever and I have one HAPPY Chevelle! I took it in again shortly thereafter for a non-transmission related issue, and they went above and beyond to help me out when it wasn’t even a transmission problem. The price was quite fair and they provided warranties for my parts. I had the best experience and was a pleasure doing business with them – Is such a relief to know I can trust my car to Man-Mac! The professionalism and customer service was truly appreciated! I would highly recommend this company to anyone at all and will return without a doubt when needed!
