I live in England and wanted to send flowers to my Aunt who had just moved to Elkhorn. I ordered through a florist in the US and by the time it got to Sam all that was known was my name and the delivery address- so Sam went the extra extra mile to get my number and get the order so my Aunt is going to get the flowers! As a follow-up to my previous post, I was able to get in contact with a representative of Andrew Agencies in early 2017. We were able to come to a reasonable settlement and the matter is now resolved. Furthermore, from my understanding the broker that misled me at Andrew Agencies was let go, and a complaint against him was successful with the Insurance Council of Manitoba. In conclusion, I wish Andrew Agencies the best and am appreciative of the steps they have taken to rectify the situation.
