Since I found Steve at Databank I.T. my computer functions like a smooth running machine. I was infected by Anti Virus 2011 which was a scam. Steve was able to clean this and I was up and running in less than an hour. Very personable person.

Easy to find great service very patient and knowledgeable and they had what i needed the first time in stock. Another time they had to order it but it came the next day for the same price as I was going to buy it online for and didn't charge me shipping even. I will be buying less online for my clients and driving into Windsor even less!

The hard drive on my MacBook Air was compromised over the weekend. Being very concerned for the loss of my files, Virginia was extremely helpful in easing my stress when deciding to do a recovery procedure for my MacBook Air. The technicians were also very knowledgeable and worked rapidly to solve this problem for me. Aside from my files being recovered and I was also instructed on the best back-up solution to avoid this problem in the future. Overall, I highly recommend Outpost2.
