Caring, patient, and very educated staff! They are with you every step of the way, and explain things to you very clearly before asking you to make a decision. They always keep you involved in the process, but do most of the work for you. They are very professional and an amazing team to have by your side if you are in a lawsuit. Bought a new stationary bike and rowing machine. When Adam came to put the equipment together, it turned out the seat on the bike was broken. They were very responsive and apologetic and not only replaced the seat, but actually exchanged the entire bike. Great service. Would definitely get all our equipment from HomeFit Kitchener.
