Integrated Therapies has been my go to massage location for several years (maybe 15+). My most recent appointment was with therapist Orathai, who is a phenomenal masseuse. A right shoulder injury that has bothered me for over 18 months feels like it melted away after Orathai’s deep massage techniques.

I love Dr. Mana! She is always upbeat and happy. My daughter and I go to see her regularly and have never felt better. She rid my 9 yr old of constant headaches and me of hip and back pain. She has a soft touch and her concern is your health. She is amazing! The staff is always smiling and ready to help. I have only used the chiropractic side of the office but they have many other treatments to help aid in your well being. If you need a good chiro, Dr. Mana is one you should explore.

The staff there are fantastic and friendly. Sharan is always bubbly and very professional and Shib, Bijal and Cassie are great at the job they do. I would recommend this facility to everyone who need physio.

Very pleasant and professional people.
The dental hygienist did not use scented products or perfumes, which is wonderful for a person like me with scent sensitivities.
Dr. Jeffery was very respectful to the hygienist and to me. He did not try to push expensive procedures, and even told me the expensive procedures were not necessary (another dentist had tried to push expensive procedures on me, so this was a refreshing change).

Excellent Chiropractic care provided by Dr. Basi. I recently got fitted for custom foot orthotics. I absolutely love them, helped me with my foot pain. Carla and Paul are the 2 RMTs I see regularly. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for chiropractic, massage therapy and orthotics. Plus they offer direct billing to insurance.

Brew For Less in Little Italy now has a “you-brew” where you can make your own wine, and they do the lion’s share of the work!! Buy the kit of your choice and all you have to do is add the yeast at the beginning. Then come back 30 days later to do the bottling and corking! The cost is very reasonable for 30 bottles of wine, and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Check them out!!

The doctor and optician at this clinic are fantastic. My wife and I came in to get prescription glasses and sunglasses. The optician was able to make my existing high end sunglasses prescription and they are amazing. The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. The staff knew the product they sold. Having never been to a physio therapist before I was nervous and a bit sceptical. But within minutes of being in the office and talking with the friendly, knowledgeable receptionist Michelle, i was comfortable and relieved of my worry. Recently had a check up and cleaning done at Parkstone Dental staff is extremely friendly and professional, I felt well taken care of my entire visit. Dr.Jefferies ended up filling a cavity for me, best experience ever! I barely felt a thing, and the following day I had zero sensitivity or pain. Overall amazing office will definitely be back.
