Much more personal experience than a big box drug store. They ask questions, take time with you, and make sure they are checking for any drug interactions. Plus, this is the only Penticton pharmacy that has ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, and they even do compounding.

By far the most thorough, best eye examination I've ever had. Dr. Zack took all the necessary time to ensure the prescription for my reading glasses was perfect and it is... my near vision hasn't been this good since my early 20's. The whole team is very friendly and professional. Highly recommend this clinic...!!

Everyone that helped me at Preston & Mott with everything from purchasing our first home, answering the mountain of question's I had about estate law, purchasing property with more than one home on it & every question you could think of about everything we needed to know with a warm, friendly, approachable smile that made us laugh & put us at ease even though our case was far from straight forward & was last minute during the holiday's. The Staff were so friendly! I felt like they actually cared about what I wanted. My glasses came in and they look great! It was so easy to make the appointment to see the Doctor and to do the shopping. I'll be coming back there for my next pair!
