I have been going to this location for years and haven’t been there since the new guys took over. I needed a last minute tire repair and they were super helpful and got me in right away. I can only comment on customer service in 2023 as I haven't been there requiring anything complicated for quite awhile but there have been staff changes. The staff there now have been good to me, and twice lately have been very kind and helpful when I wasn't even buying anything.
