Jamie Bruce was excellent from start to finish with my accident. Every legal questioned answered, with everything explained in plain language. I found Physiocare at Nepean really helpful and the staff very understanding and supportive. I was impressed at the understand of my condition and the therapies he employed. I am feeling so much better and able to do things and really have physiocare to thank for this. They do really excellent work. If you suffer from joint issues seek them out

I recently started an online order to purchase a new washer. I contacted Brandon at the Brockville, Ontario store to change the order from delivery to pick up. Brandon was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He made the necessary changes, sent a confirming email, and offered further assistance. I have never had such professional, courteous attention from a company’s customer service representative! I give Brandon five stars and the Brick should give him a promotion and a raise!
