After our Dryer started to make loud noises, I called Bens, talked to a very informed gentleman, who set us up with service in two days. Ken, the Tech, arrived on time, looked at the dryer and knew immediatley what the issue was. He took it apart, showed me the issue and gave me a ball Park quote to fix. I agreed and in a short period of time he had repaired the Dryer, and his quote was bang on. It was very reasonable and Ken was great to deal with. I heartily recommend Bens and Ken.

Downtown Computer was such a great help in fixing my old computer and gathering my information into a memory drive. They were thoughtful and willing to help in anyway they could. The owner was so generous in providing me with a charger after finding out my old one was broken. I defiantly recommend his business and service! Don't hesitate in stopping by his shop and having them inspect your pc or mac, they will provide you with good insight and cost-saving resolutions like they did for me.

I have been using Dave's services 11 years. I would never go to anyone else. I am sure there are others out there with the same qualifications, but you will never find a more honest, helpful person to help you when you are in need of maintenance or are at your wits end and are looking for a hammer.
Dave is always busy, but never too busy to answer a question. He always keeps you undated on any virus out there. He never overcharges. Try him out once and you will be a client for life.

Dropped my Samsung S4 and completely cracked my screen. This was the second time I had to repair it, and I wasn't exactly looking forward to it. However, the difference this time was that I went to Bc Gadgets. They helped me right away instead of making me wait around forever, and my phone looked good as new. I hope I don't have to return to them again, but at least if I do, I know I can rely on this place for good service.

Fully recommended. Excellent, professional and friendly customer service. Took my laptop to a couple places before I went to see The Computer Guys. They not only misdiagnosed issue but wanted to rip me off as those places usually do. Not in this place. Mark was very professional and reasonable. I will give them business again By far the Computer Repair shop I have ever been to in Vancouver.
