Took my iMac in as I had had an issue after the latest operating system update. Jeff got it in and had everything back and running the same day. This was after spending hours on the phone with the Apple help desk the day before. Thanks again.

Laptop stopped working when I needed it most. Brought it in thinking the worst, they managed to get everything off the hard drive despite it being a write off and set me up with a great laptop, made sure the new laptop was protected and ready to go. They went above and beyond, staying a few minutes after close just to make sure I was set. Amazing customer service, got me taken care of in a few hours instead of days! Cannot recommend enough, you will not get this level of service from box stores!

After finding Trent on here I would highly recommend him to all for computer repair. Within minutes he had my computer up and running and went over and above to make sure it was in fine working order. Kudo's Trent for a job well done.
