The staff was also incredibly friendly & helpful & their level of service & technical expertise is unmatched. Laptop stopped working when I needed it most. Brought it in thinking the worst, they managed to get everything off the hard drive despite it being a write off and set me up with a great laptop, made sure the new laptop was protected and ready to go. They went above and beyond, staying a few minutes after close just to make sure I was set. Amazing customer service, got me taken care of in a few hours instead of days! Cannot recommend enough, you will not get this level of service from box stores!

I LOVE TECHTECH ...
Last week I had an urgent meeting in an hour and my mac book stopped working. So I took my mac book to TechTech's store and they fixed it in less than half an hour. I personally recommend my friends to chose TechTech for all their tech support.

Dr. Nahab is a great family doctor. Appointments are easy to get - most of the time on the same day. She works on Saturdays. Appointment requirements are always given much in advance. All test results are reviewed with the patient ASAP. For her the medical practice is not work but an avocation. Dr. Nahab has the highest medical standards and provides excellent patient care. x

Upgraded the ram and hard drive to 1 tb on my alienware laptop. works really well, i also purchased a battery for my Hp Pavilion dv6 there, not many places have laptop batteries. very helpful

Took my parents computer to the Upper Wentworth location in Hamilton and the technician - Andrew was extremely helpful and downloaded a new internet browser which solved the problem on the computer. Andrew was very helpful, understanding and very efficient at fixing the problem. My parents are grateful that he fixed their computer at the same time I walked into the store and for no charge. I will definitely recommend this store to everyone. Thank you Andrew!
