When my dad had a stroke and my mother was not able to live alone I reached out to Home Instead from my home in Florida and they had 24/7 care in place for my mother by 8:30pm that evening (and it was a holiday weekend). I went to Downtown Digital because my ipod classic headphone jack was broken. Apple no longer makes these products anymore and no longer services them, This was sad news to me because I depend on my ipod for holding all my music where I go, something I really value. I remembered Jason from Neteffect who now works at Downtown digital. He was able to fix both of my ipods for their broken headphone jack and replaced a battery for a very reasonable price.
