I took a t440 to him that had problems (4 bleeps etc). They looked it over for free, told me the possible price, and fixed it. Also advised putting in a solid state HD which was a great idea. Im writing this a year later. They are honest, competent, friendly and professional. Answered all my qq. I will go back to them. In comparison a Westdale shop I phoned, before Dr. Dan, was so rude after I asked a couple of qq. about what they were going to do that I decided never to try the other shop.

Took my parents computer to the Upper Wentworth location in Hamilton and the technician - Andrew was extremely helpful and downloaded a new internet browser which solved the problem on the computer. Andrew was very helpful, understanding and very efficient at fixing the problem. My parents are grateful that he fixed their computer at the same time I walked into the store and for no charge. I will definitely recommend this store to everyone. Thank you Andrew!

I finally reached Leon's about an issue I had with getting through to their store and from the reviews I have read I am not the only one. I explained to an amazing young lady what was happening and she assured me she would let the manager know. She then proceeded to help me with the reason I wanted to call in the first place to my absolute satisfaction. She was extremely kind, courteous and very professional. Her name is Gurleen. Leon's is lucky to have her on staff.

I needed some emergency work done and Alex worked very hard to create a remarkable denture for me. He and his team actually worked over the weekend to complete this for me and although it's only temporary, the workmanship is amazing!! I have purchased a 65" TV from the Best Buy store in Guelph and I received nothing but professional and extra service from each personal who assisted me.This includes Thomas and especially Yahya who was so amazing, efficient and very friendly. He made sure I understood each detail and made sure not only the delivery of the TV was completed and he also scheduled the install in a quick and amazing time.
