I went in there with my brand new Epson Printer which had a paper feed problem since these guys were the authorized repair center for Epson. Both the guys there were thorough gentleman and helped me out sincerely by connecting me to Epson support and pointing out the problem and ordering a replacement for me. I was on their phone with Epson for 40 mins but they attended to me with a lot of patience and helped me resolve my issue. I give them 5 + Stars.

I have been to a lot of physiotherapists with a few problems but have never been to one as good as Dhaval at the Concordia Clinic. He is very thorough and really takes an interest in getting a person better. He has sure helped make my life better so a big thank you to him and the rest of the team at Concordia Physiotherapy. Hello! Just a short note to say thanks once again to Mark from LIT.
He worked on my computer yesterday and helped me set up so many programs. I had a long list of things I needed done and questions I needed answered.
He was very patient with me (I am so computer illiterate) and never made me feel that my questions were stupid. He set things up for me so that I can easily access my e-mail accounts, delete messages from my accounts, etc.
