He knows allot! I always get him to do some odd jobs, for example the last thing I got him to do was get some photos off my old flip phone onto my computer. Before that I got him to convert my old tapes into CDs. He is also helpful with programs, iTunes wouldn't find my music one day but he was able to get everything back on, and quick too!

Honestly, I hate having to go buying tech. I mean I love tech but the buying experience is ALWAYS terrible. But Future shop always has it's line in service. Especially this location. Whether it maybe cellshop or Tech support, there's always someone who's willing to help. I bought my iPhone 5, had a problem with the battery and power button, replaced it super fast with my warranty there. My Sony Vaio hard drive crashed, got it replaced within 2 days! Honestly super amazing! They didn't even ask anything what I did to it. Just gave me a form saying I left my laptop with them!
Overall everyone there is amazing. A couple of people would be Jay from Sales in Computers, Brian I believe in "Connect pro (Tech support) and unfortunately I don't recall the assistant in cellshop. But even though someone specified in that department might not be there at that time. another associate from a department will help you find a suitable sales rep! Hands down amazing.

Caring, patient, and very educated staff! They are with you every step of the way, and explain things to you very clearly before asking you to make a decision. They always keep you involved in the process, but do most of the work for you. They are very professional and an amazing team to have by your side if you are in a lawsuit. I worked with them for three years on my case, and never had a problem. I was very happy with the outcome of my lawsuit, and would recommend this team to anyone!

It’s been a year since I slipped on black ice and hobbled into The Spinal Garage. I entered a treatment plan knowing that my condition would not be a quick fix. Within 6 weeks my initial pain was reduced and my mobility increased, both dramatically. At each periodic assessment I showed moderate improvements and at the one year mark I’m now showing a reversal in some of the degeneration that I came in with. Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free.
