I went in there with my brand new Epson Printer which had a paper feed problem since these guys were the authorized repair center for Epson. Both the guys there were thorough gentleman and helped me out sincerely by connecting me to Epson support and pointing out the problem and ordering a replacement for me. I was on their phone with Epson for 40 mins but they attended to me with a lot of patience and helped me resolve my issue. I give them 5 + Stars.

A big thank you to Memory Express who spent 2 hours finding all the pictures I deleted and downloading them into another file. I expected a big bill but didn't get one. They are experts and they are kind and patient with old people who don't know what they're doing. I highly recommend them no matter what your computer problem is!!!

Bought my first battery and tank setup and juices from them. The tank had a defective coil that was plugged to start and they replaced it free. Delivered our spa on time and as promised AND have been quick with the turn around on warranty work. PLUS an incredibly knowledgeable woman doing their water testing. She does it right in front of you using titration methods so I know I can trust the numbers. Plus they dont push any magic elixers. Just the chemicals you really need, even if Im using the Trouble Free Pool approach which really cuts down on the high-margin products I might otherwise buy.
