I went to Downtown Digital because my ipod classic headphone jack was broken. Apple no longer makes these products anymore and no longer services them, This was sad news to me because I depend on my ipod for holding all my music where I go, something I really value. I remembered Jason from Neteffect who now works at Downtown digital. He was able to fix both of my ipods for their broken headphone jack and replaced a battery for a very reasonable price. I had a problem with my computer. One place said it needed a new hard drive. Brought it to CCS and it turns out the drive was fine. Windows 10 was corrupted. They reinstalled windows 10 and I didn't lose any of my files.

The staff at this store are very knowledgable and I would highly recommend them if you are looking to have a custom built machine, or just to buy the parts and build it yourself.

They are fantastic. The staff were incredibly helpful. I’m new to vaping and I’m not as young as some. But the staff at the Sackville location always answer my questions and NEVER make me feel like I’m annoying and always takes the time with me to be sure I understand. Awesome
