My husband and I took the Birth Beginnings Pre-Natal weekend crash course. Michelle was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and friendly in her teaching of the course. She was unbiased in her opinions and recommendations, and was sure to give us information on the options available to us throughout labour/delivery and beyond. She made us feel instantly comfortable, and we left feeling incredibly informed, and knowing that we had resource to reach out to in the future.

Guy goes above and beyond as a trainer!!. I started working out with Guy as a way to become stronger after having back surgery. Guy taught me how to train properly with better technique so I won’t injure myself again. As a trainer Guy goes out of his way to accommodate your needs and abilities. He went as far as researching Dragon boat techniques to help me train for the sport and spent time learning how to adapt the exercises during my pregnancies. I would highly recommend him!!

I've been attending this gym for the past 2.5 years and it has been life changing! I've been to many crossfit boxes over the past 2 years and none of them compare to Crossfit Mississauga. The trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful, the programming is amazing and the members are all very friendly! I definitely recommend this gym!

I was first introduced to Align Chiropractic through my mom who started with them in 2000. I've been going to the clinic since 2007 and have experienced nothing but satisfaction with the service and the staff. They always go above and beyond to make sure their patients are happy. I love how personal each appt. is- you don't feel like just another client. I've been able to manage my chronic back pain with regular visits; Dr. Watson (literally) has my back covered! Dr. Shawna Skryzlo, Doctor of Chiropractic - is exceptional! I began seeing Dr. Skryzlo due to lower back pain. She helped me so much that I started bringing my two children (16 & 12) to see her. Dr. Skryzlok is extremely knowledgeable and her true concern for my overall health and my children's health keeps us visiting her for proactive treatment.

This clinic was absolutely amazing. I had originally come to this clinic for my back pain, which i had gotten after a car accident. The staff was very kind and welcoming. As well as the physiotherapist she not only helped reduce the pain but explained to me what had caused my injuries.
