The staff's service was exceptional. The product with it's accessories we rented work very well, giving us the experience we were looking for as a renter. The pricing was very fair. I had two trailer hitches installed, one for a Tesla Model S and one for a Subaru WRX. I was particularly impressed with how well they put a 1 1/4" hitch on the Tesla. Other installers in the city were reluctant to take it on and were quoting me high prices because of the anticipated labour charge but U-Haul had specific instructions for this hitch and a cost that was lower than I was quoted elsewhere. Note that I went for a traditional hitch instead of an Eco Hidden Hitch.
