Our daughter wanted a Shopkins themed birthday party and not one Party store in Guelph, Cambridge, Kitchener or Waterloo had Shopkins themed party supplies! Victoria Party Store had some but not all of what we needed so the owner Bina Patel drove to Toronto to get everything we needed for party favours and decorations! Amazing customer service and they have 100% of our business going forward for all of our party supplies! Thanks Bina!:)

I am so pleased with the recent conversion of my 1984 electric furnace to propane by Sparlings. My sales advisor, Daniel, thoroughly explained the different brands of furnace to consider, and the pros and cons of each. Vlad and Tim carefully and efficiently installed the tank and line and took care to leave my lawn looking as good as possible. John and Joel installed my new Trane furnace the very next day and they thoroughly explained its operation and features left my basement clean and tidy.

Great to meet DJ and Kyle! They were extremely professional, respectful and got the jobs done in great time. They also checked my water softener. They even did an extra small job for me which got Kyle wet but they were all smiles! They also tested the water for it's hardness and checked my water softener all at no extra cost. Jacob (who came the first time to check things and give me an estimate) also got my water softener going and put salt in. Thank you Lodder Brothers!

We have used Hanlon Park Mini Storage on 4 separate occasions and the experience has been wonderful. The team has gone out of their way to ensure our last minute request were taken care of. Special mention to Marie in the office who is kind, polite and prompt with her service. Way to go guys!

Just wanted to say, I love my roof. I know probably most people dont get excited about a roof, but being in decorating its always nice to see some colour. My neighbours have come over and commented on how fantastic the red is. Really sets off the house. The men doing the roof were fantastic. Very polite, personable and I loved not having any nails or garbage around. If they had not been there when I got home from work I would never have known they were there..except for the red roof. Very friendly and helpful from the first encounter. I recall when I spoke with him, I did not tell him about my familial account, but his investigations showed that my parents had an account with Allstate which allowed me to get additional discounts on my insurance. Further, when I contacted him later about a discrepancy with Drivewise, he readily and quickly looked into it, rectifying the issue! He’s an outstanding Agent that goes above beyond for his clients!
