Roxanne is amazing at what she does. There is no one else I would trust to care for me at a spa. You get personal attention and she is extremely good at making everyone comfortable. Dr. Rukholm is amazing . He is very professional and has great knowledge and wisdom when knowing how to assess and treat a patient . When you are a patient who is under great stress because of medical problem which involves your ear nose or throat you feel scared and when Dr. Rukholm talks with you he is so knowledgeable and treats a patient with respect and has a kind but professional manner . Rick was at our house in only one hour. Once I answered his questions, and he looked into the situation, he made good and honest recommendations. He did not try to offer expensive/ unnecessary procedures; he was just honest and straightforward. A refreshing experience! I will definitely call him first thing if we have any plumbing issues in the future!
