Richard and his team did an outstanding job replacing failing brick and mortar on our century home. Richard is professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to find the best selection of bricks to make our home look authentic to the period and existing colour palette. Dr. Palleck and her staff were very helpful and excellent with my daughter. I am truly thankful for the work they did, she went from never smiling to showing off her beautiful smile all of the time. Thanks Dr. Traczuk for such a thorough and friendly eye exam. I was nervous when you left your old location to be even more downtown that there wouldnt be free parking any more. I highly recommend Creative Custom Decks. I the past we have had horrible experiences with workers on our property and I always dread a new project being started. I was pleasantly surprised by how well our deck project went though. Everyone who worked on the job was polite and professional. It was completed in good time. They were all very hard workers. Mike also clearly has pride in his work and it shows. The property was always kept clean and tidy. We are very happy with the end result!

Excellent and timely service. We had a major leak in our basement. Our house was on the market for sale when this happened. John came to rescue right away and made arrangements to have it fixed within 24 hours, although they were very busy. It is very hard to find such degree of professionalism and compassion. Tim was wonderful as well. he explained everything and did a great job to repair it. I 120% recommend them.
