A few years ago we made a sudden purchase of a condo. We received the possession while on vacation in Jamaica in February. We spoke to Mario prior to leaving and advised him of our needs to get the basement finished prior our tenants moving in on April 01. I live in a rental apartment and there was a flood from the suite upstairs . The bathroom ceiling got damaged and a large water stain on popcorn ceiling in hallway outside of the bathroom, showed up . Brad repaired and painted the bathroom ceiling and fixed the water stain on popcorn ceiling . You can't even tell that either ceiling had water damage . Amazing work Brad, thank you !

For our roof replacement we considered using the service of Cowboys Roofing. They were very fast at responding and helped us with all the necessary information.
