Had some pretty significant water intrusion in our newly built home. We were not sure how 1st Response would be since we did not contract them ourselves but we could not have been more pleased with the amount of knowledge and expertise they have in the field of water damage remediation. Ian did a fantastic job on our bathroom renovations. He took a tired & old looking bathroom & made it modern & very stylish. He renovated our back step (originally cement/concrete) & installed a wooden deck & steps. His work is amazing & professional! He also gave my brother excellent advice for the smaller renovations around the house. Thanks Ian - you know we will recommend you (we have already given your name to several people)! They arrived timely and were fast and efficient in the work that they did. When they had cleared out the work area they asked me to see what they did and how they could go further if asked. They showed me were the problem area was and what needed to be done to fix the problem. When speaking to me when company had arrived they were very discreet about any issues that needed to be said. They left me with a large dehumidifier to dry out the place for the next couple of days.
I would most definitely recommend them to anyone who needed their services.
