I can't say enough good things about Trevor. When he was running late, he let me know. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He came after 8:30 pm and seemed just as bright and cheerful as if it were 8:30 am. He spent time explaining the problem and how to fix if it happened again. And very reasonably priced! I highly recommend him: 10 out of 10!

Lake City Mechanical Services were amazing to deal with, went through Home Depot, bought our new hot water tank in the evening, was installed the very next morning. We had an awesome experience building with Gibson's! Right from the beginning, they made being 1st time home building a clear and straightforward experience.
