I hired KLT contracting to build a retaining wall, fence, and replace the grass in my yard in the summer of 2025. Kaiden took the time to understand what I wanted and made it happen. He made the whole process stress free for me by being available to answer all of my questions and offering thoughtful options at each point in the project, while also being mindful of my budget. I am not a Royal Bank Customer and visited this branch from out of town needing to purchase some US cash for a trip to Asia. I needed to get newer, clean bills of various denominations. I dealt with the supervisor of the tellers and one of the tellers and the service could not have been better. They were both very friendly, efficient and helpful in every way. I was very impressed! Keep up the good work!

We highly recommend. We had him refinish our existing hardwood floor and install new flooring in the bedroom and foyer to match. The work is flawless and we could not be more pleased with the result. The sanding was absolutely dust free. Mark is all about the quality of the finished product and he is upfront about how much time it will take for him to do the work. He is also a very good communicator and kept us informed of what was being done throughout the job.

We had our walls and ceilings painted, including a high area which had skylights. Trevor and Ren were a pleasure to have in our home for several days. They do meticulous work in an organized and professional manner. They are calm painters and create a stress free experience, making constructive suggestions when needed.
