I discovered Northern Protocol quite by accident 7yrs ago when I first moved to Barrie. Accidents aren't pleasant but I can assure everyone reading, discovering them certainly was. My computer repairs have always been done with total professionalism & accuracy. I'd say that Northern Protocol is a definite "medical facility" when a computer is ill. The team of Northern is second to none. I would'nt consider taking my computer anywhere else.

I never leave reviews, this is a first. I am so happy to live in a community with local companies like this one. I called Reynolds this morning, I didn't have heat in the house. I was told that there day was full and they wouldn't be able to make it over. I was expecting a next day appt. Instead, I was asked a few questions over the phone. Then walked through a few steps. 5 minutes later I got the furnace going and the heat back on. This cost me nothing. This will obviously not always be the case, but from now on my friends, family and I will be calling Reynolds. Thanks again

After battling with a leaking basement for four years, Johnson Group was able to repair the leaking wall in a very efficient and professional way. I recently bought one of Joe's 'Ariens' snowblowers I wanted to buy local, I'm sick and tired of Big Box buffoons with their lack of knowledge and expertise beyond anything more than operating the flush mechanism on a toilet.
Joe went out of his way to accommodate me, he assembled the machine, set up the snowblower for a gravel driveway, delivered the machine to me and happily took my old 25 year old banger away to recycle parts from. The total bill was considerably less than everywhere else.

David is very helpful. He replaced a pump in my washing machine. He had to move the dryer which is on top of the washing machine to get at the washer.
