As a person who is petified of going to the dentist, I am so relieved to have found Dr Steffens. I have had root canals, tooth pulled and fillings along with regular cleaning. She is very aware of her client’s needs, freezing and gas for me and it has made my visits pain free. Dr Steffens has a wonderful staff that have a way of making you feel at ease, Nelson’s music choices are always the best. You won’t be disappointed !!

I went to get the root canal done and they had home alone playing... and boy it was hard to concentrate keeping my mouth still. Also, if you have young kids beware as they will not wanna leave as they have ps3 and other games!

I have recommended several of my friends and family to this denture clinic and no one has left unsatisfied. I honestly do not think I would go to another denture clinic in Hamilton. They always make me happy. My friends and family have told me that their dentures that they got here are far better than the ones they had paid a lot more at their dentist. I cannot express our gratitude for the help, guidance and kindness we were shown by the office administrator today as she helped us navigate the complexities of the recently introduced CDCP programme. We had had a negative experience at another practice in Burlington so we contacted the Dental and Denture Office on a recommendation from a friend who is a patient at the practice and is extremely satisfied with their professionalism, skill and thoroughness of their dentistry. Furnace quit 2 days before Christmas, Rob and his team had a new furnace installed the day before Christmas and we had a warm house for Santa to visit. Rob and his team were very helpful and professional. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
