We had a problem with a virus that we took to Wayne in the morning and he had it fixed the same afternoon. This was our first experience with Wayne and we will certainly take any computer issues to him in the future. Excellent service and advice!!

I previously had hearing aids for 5 yrs but never wore them as they never fit. Went to The Ear Company expecting to purchase new ones but they made adjustments to mine and they fit perfectly. AWESOME!!! called and spoke with Jeff.... he was in car and in my area.... he was at my home in a matter of 1/2 hour... Service is excellent ... he had laptop running within minutes.... Highly recommend him.
