My son and I had our taxes prepared by Randa at this location. She was very pleasant and knowledgable and answered all my questions which put me at ease. Very efficient and quick and best of all, she got me a refund instead of the amount I had figured I would have to pay! Instead of dreading filing my taxes, she made it into a great experience. Sorry guys, forgot to come back to clear this up. Called Mike/Joe regarding issue and they sent the technician to my home to correct the work, further issues were found so everything was taken back to the shop and the job was completed well. Thanks for taking care of the issue, mistakes are made but they stood up and corrected the issues to my satisfaction. Thank you Mike and Joe.
