This is a great place to learn and practice Aikido.Having been away from that Art for awhile the Instructors are all very patient and make sure you are brought "up to speed".
This dojo places a lot of focus on the tradtions of Aikdo but also stresses the practicality of the techniques in real life situations.
Everything is kept very clean and in order. It is situated on a main road, easy to find with good parking.

I have been seeing Dr. Carreira for many years down. Hands down the best psychologist in Windsor. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field. He is extremely compassionate and makes you feel that he really does care for you. You can tell he has a passion for what he does. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
