I bought a new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and wanted a loaded one with big wheels. My salesman, Veer, found a Jeep at another dealership. We went through the specifications together and he told me it had 20 inch wheels. I ordered the car and it arrived 2 days later. When I drove it home, I checked and the wheels were only 18 inches. Veer said that the package could come with either 20 or 18, and that was all he could do.
I AM NOT HAPPY.

This location's customer service is the best I've ever received at any mechanic's shop. They truly go above and beyond. They never do anything without asking, they do excellent work, and they are a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend coming here for all of your automotive needs.

I was stuck on Saturday with a Flat - I called around and Fountain Tire (in the downtown area) was the only one who answered the phone. The work took a couple of hours but they put my spare away, fixed my car and even washed it. Thank you so much!

We had an amazing experience at David's Bridal. Jordan was our consultant and she was absolutely phenomenal. She listened to what the bride wanted and found things that the bride might not have thought of for both the bridesmaids dresses and the bride's.
