I am from Kingston and was able to get referred to Brockville Oral Surgery faster than waiting for an appointment in Kingston. I have had two extractions with two dentists. Both were extremely thorough in explaining the process and the work was done seamlessly. The staff and receptionist are very friendly and professional. I would recommend BOS in a heartbeat! It is never easy to feel fully comfortable at the dentist. At Collins Bay Dental however, you can always feel good because of the wonderful treatment you get, the smiles on the faces of the staff, and the gentle hands that are handling your teeth. Dr Ho and his staff are amazing. My children have very soft teeth and needed major dental work at a young age. I had seen many other dentist who didn't seem to care about my children ... just money. A friend in the dental field recommended him after her child's experience. Dr Ho was respectful to me and spoke to my children with amazing patience and kindness. He fixed teeth other dentists wanted to pull.

Tim and his crew are extremely competent and trustworthy. Safety of themselves and personal property is their highest priority. I used Tim’s service on a casual basis to remove several trees on my property and again most recently on an emergency when a tree went through my roof during a storm. Very reliable.
