I was very impressed with this company. I received a text prior to my appointment with pictures and a quick bio of the technicians who were going to be in my home - a very nice touch! Ryan and Joel were early, polite, professional and even caught our failed sump pump before a mess (and insurance claim) occurred. I highly recommend Duel Temp/Access Plumbing.

Have been going to the Croutze dental clinic ( Edmonton) for almost 35 years and we switched to the Tudor Glen (Brian Croutze) about a year ago- We found the staff extremely friendly and accommodating and as soon as you are a client they call you by your name each time. I needed a massage therapist to help manage medical conditions. Creekside Massage Clinic and Therapists were heaven sent. Knowledgeable and caring staff make the difference with care and treatments. Booking online works wonderfully and Im usually able to get an appointment with in the week. Wide range of hours to accommodate any schedule. Really can not say enough positive things about this massage clinic, I recommend 100%.

Dr Rocque Nobert is wonderful! I called yesterday after the office was closed because of a really bad toothache and Rocque offered to meet me at the office and open it up just for me. He and his lovely wife took time out of their Friday evening to look after me! Amazing! Turns out it wasn't my tooth at all but complications from a possible sinus infection but he took care of things. Rocque your willingness to help and genuine concern are heartwarming. Thank you so much! Rocque you Rock!

Dr. Soon and all the gals at his office are phenomenal. I have never experienced such superb care as I have at his clinic. After signing consent forms for various procedures, he will sit next to you and read each point, further elaborate, and then ensure understanding. As someone with dentist anxiety, the staff as well as Dr. Soon are very sensitive. They notice clenched hands and fists and will repeatedly check in. He doesn't push product nor shame you into flossing more. They are simply the best!

I was very impressed with the staff, as they take their time looking after your wants and needs. There was no rush to finish up and pay. The staff's knowledge about different subjects is fantastic, and they seem to know if you would like to chat, or just stay quiet and relax. Loved the ambience. Nice and relaxing.
