Our furnace quit after the planned power outage in W Kelowna on Nov 5 - contacted Anthony on Mon afternoon; he stated he had a full Tues and would schedule us for Wed morning but would try to get to us earlier. Sure enough, Anthony came by Tues evening after a full day and quickly resolved our issue. I cannot recommend Anthony enough, he is beyond fair, reasonable and professional. For the past 15 years, I have undergone numerous professional massages to help with my carpal tunnel syndrome and reoccurring sciatic back pains. It was not until I let Darrell work on my myofascial that I can finally say I am realizing great results. I highly recommend him to anyone who is experiencing discomfort or pain. The procedure does not leave me hurting or bruised like other professional massages. He is a Registered Massage Therapist so covered by extended medical plans.

The manager was excellent to deal with... he was respectful and fixed the problems right away. If it could not be fixed right away, and we had to wait for parts, he was sincerely apologetic

I was in search for a down pillow. I had gone to a high-end big box store, and looked at their prices. The big box store was almost twice as much as ducky downs. The owner even said if the pillow wasn't to my satisfaction I could take it back and she could adjust it for me. They also make custom duvet covers for their beautiful duvet comforters. I will definitely go back there for my bedding.

Jasmine was the one who finally found the problem and I couldn’t be more pleased. We couldn’t figure out where the smell was coming from, and had others out that had thought they had found the reason, but it still wasn’t quite right. Jasmine and her trainee were here about five minutes and found the culprit right away. It was a crack in one of the fittings. They replaced it and now there is no smell, and I am finally safe. What a real treasure you have there.
