A few days ago, our well water system failed, apparently due to a waterlogged pressure tank. I called Pipeworks -- I'm a new customer for them. Glen said he could be out the next day at 7:30 am. He arrived exactly on time, and had the system fixed in about an hour, at a reasonable price. I'll be calling him soon for some "non-emergency" plumbing jobs. I am VERY satisifed with Pipeworks!

My family and I recently had to make a decision to purchase a new furnace for our home. After a small amount of research it was clear to us who we would hire to install the new furnace. phoned CTC on Sunday, said they couldn't look at it till Wednesday. They had no record my appointment. After a hour and a half wait they said they couldn't fix it. Call muffler man they said bring it right in. Soon as I arrived they took it right in in a few minutes they gave me a very reasonable quote and could have it fixed in 45 minutes. Thanks
