We dealt with Ali recently to help fix some issues left by a previous company. Ali was professional and amazing from answering the phone to the time he left our home. He went above and beyond for us. He was so professional, courteous, polite, knowledgeable, caring, and respectful. I have found my plumber to have whenever the need arises and will give his name and number to anyone who asks about plumbers. I can't thank him enough. We were stranded when a small independant motel on Hwy 11 did not work out. Called at 6pm and they had 2 rooms ready for us within 15 minutes. The best value in the area. Well trained staff performed flawlessly. Considering we were 3 cold and wet hunters that had been in the bush for 12 hours we were treated like kings!

Dustin and Jeff were awesome to work with! We had two other local plumbers in already and they either said certain jobs werent worth their time, gave us bad advice, or they did not finish the job as promised. Dustin took every tiny job we had and did it all amazingly well. Fast and friendly service and a high level of professionalism. Dustin even took the time to show me how to trouble shoot any issues we might face. I loved working with them and will always use EJ Mack for any plumbing jobs.
