Twice I have engaged this plumbing service: once to change taps and more recently. to to assist in bathroom and kitchen renovations. They were efficient, professional and demonstrated efficiency, especially during the kitchen renovation as counter company schedules can change on short notice. When I brought my kitty in for his checkup & shots, I really loved bringing him in to a place with such a relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff! You can really tell that they care a lot about minimizing any stress your pet might feel in coming to the vet, and they gave my little guy lots of little treats to keep him calm and happy while he was there. :)

Thank you! We called and left a message and got a call back right away. We booked the service for next day. They guys arrived on time and offered advise on issues they saw with flooring safety. We had our eaves cleaned and got a quote on a kitchen renovation and the rest of the work we want. The team was polite and friendly. Simply amazing. I frantically called on Monday morning after running the cisterns from my gravity-fed well completely dry from watering the grass (little did I know it was about to rain). Steward arrived a few short hours later, fixed it in a jiffy and adjusted my pump for better water pressure. He was amazing. As was the gentlemen who took my call, since he was very knowledgable and knew just what needed to happen. I will never call anyone else.

Just bought a used Audi A6 and 3 months after I purchased the car, my Check Engine light came on and my air conditioning wasn't working properly. I took it my own personal mechanic, they thought they fixed it but it came back on 3 days later. Frustrated, I took it to an Audi dealership while in Toronto on vacation and they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to diagnose the problem and eventually fix the problem. I wasn't too keen but I agreed, bought a beautiful car, check engine light shouldn't be on bottom line. Two weeks later back in Ottawa my check engine light came back on !!!! Now I was very frustrated. In limbo my car needed an oil change so I took it to Midas on Baseline rd. The mechanic named Alex indicated to me once again the light was on. I said go a head and see if you can fix the problem thinking if Audi can't fix it who can. The Manager said if they can't find the problem they won't charge me for the diagnosis. It was zero risk for me and a win/win for both of us. Alex was able to find the problem and fixed it with my authorization. The light has never come back on again. Turns out the mechanic Alex is an Electrical Engineer who specializes in cars. AND my final bill to fix it was a fraction of what Audi charged me. Alex in my opinion is an electrical genius !! If anyone has eletrical problems take your car to Midas on Baseline Rd in Ottawa and ask for Alex. It will save you alot of $$$$$$$$$$$$$ and frustation.

I have to say that I was thrilled with all aspects of the service Paige and the men provided recently. To be specific, it was wonderful that Paige arranged to have the ducts cleaned the same day I called. Quite extraordinary! My situation was critical. Relatives were coming (unexpectedly) to visit the next day. As I had just purchased a very old house where the former residents smoked, had old and sickly dogs, and a cat that didn’t use the overloaded litter box; the conditions were ripe to send my allergy-sensitive company into sensory distress.
The young men were very polite, competent, worked quickly but not rushed, and were willing to let me poke my nose to see just how bad my vents were. I was AMAZED and quite DISGUSTED at the level of filth. The cold air return was carpeted in dust... and I had to wonder how long it takes for a dead mouse to become desiccated to the point that only its skeleton remains! A couple more things before I close off. No one try to “upsell” services that other companies recommended – like spraying the vents. For this alone, I am grateful for the honesty and patience in explaining why. Finally, I was surprised when the fellows left and cheerfully said, “See you in 5 years.” Five years? You mean, I won’t be harassed year after year to have my ducts cleaned? Wow! Now, I’m speechless.
