This morning our water heater broke. We placed an online request for a replacement before business hours. They responded to us immediately and within a few hours were at our door with a replacement model. Mark & Brad were very professional, polite, informative and funny. They did a perfect install and left us with practical advice and ways to save money that we didn't know about. My Furnace starting making a very unusual sound, so I decided to contact Mr. Furnace. They sent a really friendly gentleman named Dylan who arrived promptly and ready to help. He assessed the problem and explained everything in detail that was going on. I found him to very knowledgeable and easy to understand. I love Ikea! I have been a costomer sice it arrived in Calgary at its first location in the North East. I was thrilled when it moved to Deerfoot Meadows as I live in Parkland.
