During the recent heat wave, we called them for AC installation. They came the very next day and gave us the quotes . Many of the AC models were sold out or had a wait time. They were quick to offer various options and came and had the installation done in the next 2 days. Great job.

I called Summers Plumbing & Heating after finding that water was leaking into the suite via the pipes in the wall. Yikes. I was so happy with this company. I can't say it enough. My kitchen drain was plugged for months , a plumber would come in and just do Mickey Mouse work and leave with a big bill and still the problem would not be resolved. I called starline these guys they fixed it within 20 minutes and charged me fair amount . I would recommend.

Water was running down in our backyard. Septic field backed up. I called Brian and he came to see the problem when he said he would. He explained the situation…gave me a quote and when he could start.
He came to do the job when he said he would and stuck with the job until it was finished in a very difficult terrain.
He took pictures of what he was doing at all stages to document the job. Had the equipment to do a professional job. He replaced the top soil and seeded the lawn. Great Job.

Had a leaky tire this morning. My first call was to Kal Tire, and they told me to drop off the vehicle for the day and come back in the late afternoon. This wasnt an option for me.
Then called OK Tire and had a most pleasant fellow tell me to come on down and theyll get it fixed up right away. They sure did! 10 mins in and out and super friendly, helpful service. They saved the day!! Mostly the day before a long weekend. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We have used Blue Moon at least five times now and have to say that the service has been exceptional.
The plumbers who have come to our home have been extremely professional, courteous and respectful.
In one instance the plumber was late but the person from the office called to advise that the plumber would be late.
The technicians always explain what they are doing and what the have found.
We will be life long users of this company.
