They said they will backup all my data and upgrade my computer from Windows XP to Windows 7. They installed Office Suite, Adobe, Flash, STOPzilla AntiVirus Program (one year subscription). My 2011 MacBook Pro wouldn't close and saw that the trackpad was lifted. I called and informed Alan of the issue. He knew right away what the problem was.
When he looked into my computer, Alan realized it was pretty much toast. As soon as I got a new MacBook, he went above and beyond recovering my old data from my old mac to the new one within a couple of hours.
