I accidentally found Valentin's salon on a rainy July day in 2010. That changed my hair forever. No one else has touched it ever since. She is fantastic and even pros will stop me and compliment me. She is passionate about her work and it shows in the results. I currently live in Portland, OR and will travel to see her. She knows colour, texture, everything hair! She is a gem and I can't recommend her and sing her praises enough. I always leave looking beautiful! I love Valentin and her work!

I took my driving lessons with Mr. Mohsen, and he was amazing! He’s patient, professional, and explains everything clearly. His lessons really helped me feel confident behind the wheel and fully prepared for my road test. I highly recommend Mohsen Driving School to anyone who wants to learn safe and proper driving in Vancouver!

Recently I visited Salin Acupuncture. For the past few years I had difficulty sleeping. I tried all kinds of different avenues with no success. After Salin's treatments with acupuncture I am able to sleep the whole night and feel better than I have for many years. I have more energy and feel more productive as a result. I took the Makeup 101 Class with Ana and had a fantastic time! The class was fun, completely interactive, and Ana answered all of my questions. I learned so many techniques and Ana took time to explain which colours and products would work best for me.
I also bought some of Ana's products as I found them to be great quality and value.
The studio itself was clean and really cute. It would be a great venue for a bachelorette or birthday party.
I can't wait to take another class!

If you have never been to the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts (my friends call it short: Cooking School), well you have to try it. The restaurant is located just at the entrance to Granville Island.
I went there recently and ordered the following:
Appetizer: Red Beet / Gravad Lox ($9)
Main Course: Lamb Saltimbocca ($19)
Wine:
Hester Creek Okanagan Valley, BC Glass ($8)
This meal was a culinary delight. Pricing is very reasonable in comparison to the big names here in town.

i love this shop any time i need a gift for any occasion this is the only place i go! The women that work there are extremely helpful and love there jobs. how could you not working there, any gift you buy is always wrapped in very attractive gift bags. When ever people recieve my gifts they are always amased at the uniqueness and functionallity of my gifts. i really think that everyone should go see this awsome store. when you do go try to make sure you have some time to really take in the store in its entirety it trully is amasing.

1. Students must provide a valid Driver's License including BC Learners Driver’s License or a foreign
driver’s license before the first lesson. Students must carry their license at all times during training.
2. Road tests can be booked either by the student or by Mohsen Driving School. The student must sign the
consent and release form before Mohsen Driving School can book a road test on their behalf.
3. Payment must be made in advance of each driving lesson, road test session, or selected driving package.
