It isn't easy, finding someone you can do the hard stuff and trust that they Show You The Way. I've been in and out of therapy since my teens. Some I fired. Some I gave blind faith. Love this pet store..great customer service .
My pup is a very picky eater so Brad was very helpful with ordering in the food my pup enjoys..no extra charge.
They also have a very knowledgeable staff who are true animal lovers and listen and guide you thru the concerns you have with a new puppy.
The store is well stocked and if not in store Brad always opens the catolouge to get you exactly what your looking for..

I was looking for the address to put on my GPS for our appointment today (I’m terrible with directions, even when I’ve been somewhere before) and saw the negative reviews. Dr.Heimpel has been fantastic with my young son. He took to her very quickly, which is not often the case with new people. She has gone out of her way to make a visit work during this pandemic. 5 Stars plus.
