All of the staff at this clinic are excellent. They are very compassionate and understanding of each patient's level of ability throughout their recovery, and provide not only the appropriate exercises, but the much needed emotional support as well. I have had many injuries throughout my life that all required physiotherapy, and this is the only clinic I have been to that demonstrated a true "team" approach to my recovery - every individual who worked with me was excellent. Great experience dealing with Shawn (Kraun Electrician). He was punctual, professional, pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. He rates well above a five star review. Absolutely amazing, the most kind professional dental office I’ve been too. I’m a 6’4 240lbs man so it’s common for people to think the dentist doesn’t cause me to act like a 4 year old like most who have a fear of the dentist. All the staff in the office were so kind and put me completely at ease. Any discomfort was dealt with immediately and the whole experience was probably the best I’ve ever received at a dentist! ESPECIALLY IN NIAGARA, I’ll be moving to the GTA but returning for the clinic.

Used this clinic today for the first time. We run a senior cat rescue and have an out of town foster with a senior cat. This clinic was an absolute dream to deal with. From the receptionist Courtney to the vet (sorry I’ve forgotten her name) they were so wonderful with TJ and fit us in promptly! If anyone looking for a vet in St Catherine’s I cannot recommend them enough. To other rescues they were kind , compassionate and really just 5 star to work with. Great location, lots of parking. Excellent service from the moment you walk in the door and greeted by the front desk! Sandra Cowan helped me a great deal with my knee injury. Prices were good. Would definitely return and recommend the clinic again.

Dwynwyn is amazing & honestly cares! I tried many treatments with no success & the 1st time I went my 2-3 migraines a wk. improved & now it has been wks. since I had one. Dwynwyn worked on my husband's back which no one was able to help him with unless he went wkly. & now after a couple of treatments he no longer sleeps with a pillow between his legs, and he just goes to Dwynwyn for maintenance once in a while.
